Williamsburg Rental Townhouse Renovation

AMPOPS approached this narrow Williamsburg rental townhouse with a strategy of enhancement, working within the existing structure to improve light, openness, and finish quality across each unit. A study of the south-facing facade drove the placement of new operable windows, each with an integrated metal shading panel that hinges out as both an awning and a passive ventilation aid. Inside, the units run on a restrained palette of pale white oak, soft white walls, and slab-front cabinetry.
