We bring rigor, calm, and continuity to our projects. Whether you're renovating an apartment, opening a restaurant, or building from the ground up, the work moves through clear phases and we'll be with you through every one of them.

Step one

Listen

Every project starts with a conversation. We want to understand how you live or how the business works, what's not serving you in the current space, and what you're hoping for. We ask questions, take notes, and bring what we hear into the design.

Step two

Design

Our conversations are translated into drawings, options, and a real budget. You see plans, elevations, and renderings as they develop, and we refine together until the design fits both how you'll use the space and what you want to spend.

Step three

Select

Materials, fixtures, finishes, hardware, and lighting. We bring samples, walk you through tradeoffs, and make sure every choice is in stock or has a lead time that fits the schedule before it's specified.

Step four

Approve

Co-op and condo boards, landmarks, the Department of Buildings. We prepare the packages, file the applications, and respond to comments. This phase is detailed and time-sensitive, and we treat it with the focus it requires.

Step five

Build

Construction begins. If we're partnered with you on design-build, we manage the site directly. If you're working with your own builder, we stay closely involved, visiting the site, answering questions, and protecting the design as decisions come up in the field.

Step six

Close

Punch list, certificates, warranties, final walkthrough. The space is ready, and so are you. Open the doors, settle in, get to work. We hand over the documentation, the closeout package, and stay reachable for whatever comes after.
