Port Morris Multifamily Housing Development

A multi-lot site in the industrial South Bronx, studied for how it could grow into housing. AMPOPS shaped a feasibility and concept plan around the client's financial strategy, starting with one residential building and a clear path to add more. The brick facade works as a modular system, steady in character yet able to scale across the lots as each phase arrives. Inside, unit layouts follow the window rhythm, so apartment sizes can vary without breaking the composition. The site reads as one development, whether built in part or in full.
