Manhattan Historic District Apartment Renovation

In a historic Manhattan district, a compact apartment is reworked into a flexible, contemporary home. The kitchen and bathroom were fully reconfigured for better flow, while much of the character comes from a modular furniture system built from readily available parts. Rather than commission custom millwork, AMPOPS combined and detailed stock components to look purpose-built, shaping a dining nook, workspace, and shelving that feel integrated. A light palette lets the new work read clearly against the old envelope.
