A new concept fast-casual restaurant in New York City from the largest Chinese restaurant group. The work centered on turning the interior designer's intent into working documents that were code-compliant and buildable, then following the project through detailing and construction administration so the finished restaurant matched the brand. The space is bright and comfortable, with clear customer circulation, an efficient service line, and durable finishes for heavy daily use.
